Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. How long does it take for the items I ordered to arrive?

A1. Your items will usually be shipped out within 3 working days after you place an order. Depending on the shipment method of your choice, shipping can take 7-14 days (International Air Parcel) or 4-8 weeks (International Surface Parcel) respectively. The actual delivery date varies according to your location. Shipping to some countries may take longer than others. Local shipping to Hong Kong addresses usually takes 3-4 days.

Q2. I live in a very remote area, can I buy from you?

A2. Don't worry. We ship to virtually everywhere on the globe.

Q3. What if I didn't receive my package at all?

A3. You should contact us immediately if you have not received your goods 21 days (Air) or 2 months (Surface) after your order was accepted.

Q4. How do I know my personal and credit card information are safe?

A4. All transactions are processed by world leading internet payment solution provider WorldPay, a part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. LeungTing.com will not, and cannot see your personal and credit card information, or store your personal and card information in its database.

Q5. Are there any shipping restrictions?

A5. Currently we will only ship parcels with a maximum total weight of 18 kg. It is your responsiblity to ensure that the products you ordered comply with your state's laws and regulations. We will not take any responsiblity if the package is held up by your local authorities.

Q6. Under what conditions will my order be rejected?

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to Cancel and Order."

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

    • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock

    • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment

    • The identification of a pricing or product description error

    • Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions

Q7. Why do I have to go through Worldpay?

A7. In order to achieve maximum security, after you have confirmed your order at LeungTing.com online shop, you will be forwarded to Worldpay for all credit or debit card transactions. Please note that you must complete all the steps at Worldpay for your order to be processed.
